Starting again almost a year later :)

Well life kept throwing me curve balls in the last year. I lost a dear friend, and then things happened with Dad, and the stress just got the best of me. I stopped exercising, and then when I plateaued, instead of working through it, I just gave up. Hey, that is life right? Sometime you get knocked down. And if you get knocked down a few times in a row, it takes a while to get back up. At least it did for me.

So I have started doing the shakes every day again. I am leaving for a race trip tomorrow, and packed a blender and will put my shake supplies in the camper after I make my morning shake. But even in the year long break, I only gained back 10 pounds. Not like the other yo-yo dieting in the past where I have lost 20, but then gained 30. Or lost 10, and gained 20.

Plus now I have some extra motivation. My wonderful extended family is doing a family weight loss challenge! :) Stay tuned for updates!

Weeks 15-19

Ok, so I have been really bad about posting weekly! Sorry!

So things have been going great still! I still have energy, and I am still losing weight. I am 8 pounds away from my first "goal" and 28 pounds away from my ultimate goal. I haven't been this close to my ultimate goal weight for YEARS. I have tried so many things, and yes, I lost a pound or two, but it always came back, and I couldn't maintain any real success. This is so freaking easy, and mindless. It is awesome.

I am going to start a new workout program this week too. I am doing the Herbalife Fit24 work out. :) I will be at my ultimate goal by the end of the year!!!!!!! That will mean that I will have lost  58 pounds in 1 year. I weighed in January 1 2012 at 238. I am currently at 208. I didn't start Herbalife until April! How freaking cool is this!!!

I received new clothes for my birthday and in 2 sizes smaller!!! :) And I probably could have gone down one more size, but I didn't want to press my luck!

I am so freaking excited, and happy. I feel so great, and I love the fact that people notice and are telling me how great I look, and my in laws could even tell in pictures!!!!

So if you are tired of being tired, and are looking for a manageable, workable easy change, Please get in touch with me! This is the greatest thing that I have ever done for myself!

Weeks 11-14

Ok, so I am a little (lot) behind. Things have been super crazy as my life usually is. First off we went to Spokane for the Division 6 race, and we took our shakers with us. It was super easy to maintain even while on Vacation. And we still had lots of fun and had regular dinners and we also had plenty of adult beverages. I still managed to maintain a loss! Then things got super crazy as we were planning our camping trip, and getting things ready for Dad to come home on the same day that we got back from camping.
We haven't measured in a while (which we desperately need to do) but I am down to 210.4 :) and my clothes are starting to get really baggy. I actually had to go purchase new underwear as none of mine would stay up anymore and I couldn't (shouldn't) walk around all day trying to keep pulling them up.  And Cody got into a pair of jeans last night that he hasn't been able to wear for a year!!! How freaking cool is that. We even took a "break" on our camping trip and had egg whites and turkey bacon for breakfast, as well as wraps for lunch, regular dinners and even S'mores! So this is something that is beyond easy. I feel fantastic, I have all the energy I need to help Dad out now that he is home. And I am becoming a better, healthier version of ME!
Seriously, if you are interested in losing weight, or even just becoming a healthier version of your current self. Please send me a message so we can talk. I have never ever had results like this with ANYTHING before.

Week 9 and 10!

I am a little behind! LOL Week 9 and 10 have both been great. I only lost a pound each week but we did our measurements,  and Drum Roll Please........ I have lost 3 inches off my belly, and 3 inches off my hips, and 2 inches under bust (with out loosing and bust!!!) and I feel amazing!

I also went to a training and learned a whole bunch of new things and have decided to make a business out of this. We have something for everyone from the person who wants to loose a pound or two to the person who needs to gain weight, to the athlete training for an event! I am unbelievably excited.

I also went to my first Nutrition Club yesterday and will continue to check it out.  They have a free work out group on Wednesday and Friday mornings in the parking lot. I am going to try and get outta bed early tomorrow to go check it out.

I have never been this excited about a weight loss anything 10 weeks in! The shakes taste great, and I am not getting bored with them, plus if I ever do there is so many different combinations that I can try that I will never get bored!

This is the most amazing stuff I have ever ever done! And to know that I am giving my body exactly what it needs everyday to be my strongest, and healthiest self is a wonderful feeling!!!!

I love Herbalife!

Week 8

Well my official weigh in day of Friday, I was down a pound from the last Friday. But up from Monday's weigh in of 214.3, to 215.3. It is still a loss from my official weigh in day. :)

I have created a website for my Distributor orders. https://www.goherbalife.com/angelacumpton/en-US
You can order products through there if you want to. Coupon Code NEWLIFE will give you $10 off an order of $100 or more! It is valid through the end of June.

I am loving this. I feel awesome and I love that it works.
We will do measurements tonight so I will see how many more inches I have lost. But Cody said that "I can see a difference in your body. Your stomach is flatter than I remember" How cool is that??? He sees me every day, and for him to notice the change is AWESOME!!!

I love Herbalife!!! It will give me my life back, and a long one at that!

Week 7

Yeah, I busted through the plateau!!!!!! I checked on Friday last week and I had lost a pound. Then I weighed in on Monday, and I was down 2 more. I am currently at 214.3!!! Yeah! I am so grateful that something is finally working for me. And something that I don't have to really "think" about.  It is so easy. Granted there are days when I am super busy and have a harder time getting all my protein in, but for the most part, it is something that I don't really have to think about. 2 shakes a day, high protein snacks, and a healthy colorful dinner (meal) and I am good to go. :) How simple is that? I mean really?
I feel great. I am not feeling deprived, or hungry all the time, and the shakes are nummy. They don't have that chalky yucky blah aftertaste like some I have used in the past. You know the ones where you have to plug your nose and gulp them down as fast as you can so you can get them down LOL! And then you drink a ton of water to rinse that nasty taste out! Well these are so much better than that. I mean the shake I make for lunch is better than a Jack in the Box milkshake. I love the combination of the Dutch Chocolate and Banana. Makes my mouth water the closer I get to lunch. And the Cafe' Latte that we have for breakfast is like drinking a Starbucks Frap with out the thousand calories! I am getting really excited for the rest of summer. I will have the energy I need to do whatever I want! And I will look good doing it!! I love this feeling. I love knowing that each day I am giving my body exactly what it needs to heal itself. I love that I don't have to kill myself with counting calories, and spend hours upon hours working out. I can do 30 minutes of exercise a day, and I am good. I don't have to find the time to do more. I can still have a normal life. And I can still eat the foods that I love. I am just smarter about my choices and instead of getting fries at a restaurant, I get the salad with dressing on the side. I make sure that I get lots of veggies, and I will pile my hamburger with lettuce and tomato's and veggies and leave off the mayo. I don't miss the mayo :) I still have a great messy hamburger, and I am still making better choices.

Here's to week 8 and new measurements, and more inches lost! :)

Week 6

Still in the plateau. I didn't gain anything, and I only lost 2 oz. I will take that. With as stressed out as I have been with everything that has been going on, and not getting ANY exercise in, I am actually counting it as a loss. Since I normally would have gained, and gained huge.
Dad didn't come home as he was super weak in the hospital so it is back to rehab. And so it was also a tough week trying to get that all sorted out.

I am starting back into my running training program. I really want to be able to run/jog by the end of summer. I hope that Charger will appreciate it. He loves to run, and right now, I can't keep up with him, or run far enough for him before I have to slow down. He however, hates it when I am on the treadmill, and he barks his head off at me the whole time. It is actually kinda cute.

I am still enjoying the shakes and have even been able to make it work with the craziness that has been my life the last two weeks.

So here is to a better week, and busting through this plateau!
